Rust Dyeing, Mark Making and Botanical Prints
Learn how to create one-of-a-kind botanical prints. Find out how to use old rusted objects to create beautiful shapes or edges on printing paper. Create unique marks or textures that can not be duplicated in traditional drawing or painting. Spend the day with an instructor, who will demonstrate each technique, get you up and running in no time, encourage you to play, or will allow you to enjoy the process. Use your end-of-the-day creations as collage elements, backgrounds for other art pieces or they may turn out to be individual works all on their own. No experience is necessary, simply is open to exploring a variety of new tools or an innovative approach.
