Animal Abstractions
Find out the secrets behind abstraction and learn the creative process that goes with it. By the end of this class, students will have a basic understanding of how to approach abstraction. There is a process and it is firmly rooted in traditional representational techniques. Linda will conduct a series of progressive exercises that will guide you through the process of eliminating unnecessary visual information to arrive at a clear and simplified final image. This class combines instructor demonstration, slideshows, group student feedback, and plenty of one on one attention to expose students to new artistic possibilities for self-expression.
